I think it a very creative way of making your own supplies instead of paying lots of money they made thier own  resources to build safe shelters for them and for alil bit of money they made alot of shelters for poor people it was a good idea because it saves alot of money and use the reasorces that are not being used and that are being wasted, and it means it will enhance the community. it also teaches the workers new skills,that they can then use for the rest of thier lifes and also pass it on to thier children who will use the skills that thier parents taught them and it will carry on for genirations to come and the poverty will slowly decrease, and more people will be accepted for jobs, and there will be less poor people I think it is an excelent idea and that they should carry on with this project, it is sustainable because the reasorces arent scares and they arent using to much reasorces at one time and wasting almost all of they are using the mejority of the reasores. I think rural developement is important because it evens out the country so that there is no conjestion and helps the main city stay finacially strong so that the economy doesnt crash
